- • Serve as a frontline Medical Information Specialist providing clinical, therapeutic, and safety information in response to unsolicited inquiries from healthcare professionals and internal colleagues.
- • Accurately document all Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with Inizio, client, and federal regulatory guidelines including HIPAA privacy and security rules.
- • Respond to complex clinical questions using verbal consultations, clinical medical letters, and literature search and analysis, including off-label information as permitted by guidelines.
- • Conduct thorough literature analysis to support responses to unsolicited scientific inquiries and ensure evidence-based communication.
- • Perform study compliance calls to volunteers enrolled in clinical or medical research trials, collecting required demographic and disposition data.
- • Facilitate empathetic, clear conversations with callers to help them understand medical terminology and navigate product-related concerns.
- • Collect and manage data for product, sample, and literature fulfillment requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- • Enroll participants in educational seminars and exchange scientific insights with internal and external partners as appropriate.
- • Identify and report adverse events and product complaints according to client-specific guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- • Maintain high quality and productivity standards across all client programs by strictly adhering to program scripts, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- • Demonstrate flexibility by performing administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed to support departmental goals.
- • Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- • Act as a Product Liaison, upon manager and client approval, to provide product-specific consultation, training, and updates to other Licensed Healthcare Communicators and client stakeholders.
- • Update and submit professional resume upon request for audits or compliance reviews.
- • Safeguard patient confidentiality at all times by following HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
- • Adhere to all company and client policies, including those related to telecommunication technology, data entry, and communication protocols.
- • Build and expand clinical expertise in relevant therapeutic areas through continuous learning and application of scientific knowledge.
- • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- • Exhibit strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills to deliver clear, accurate, and professional responses across all channels.
- • Utilize computer systems, keyboards, mice, and call center telephone technology effectively to perform daily responsibilities.
- • Maintain a pleasant telephone manner and deliver exceptional telephonic service to healthcare provider customers.

🎯 Requirements
- • Current US healthcare professional license: PharmD (educational preference may be defined by the client)
- • Ability to conduct literature searches and provide comprehensive written and oral presentations on scientific topics
- • Minimum one year of experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals strongly preferred
- • Proficiency with computer systems, keyboard/mouse, and call center telephone technology
- • Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
- • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
