- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, biostatistics, and data management, to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
- • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clinical trial protocols, including study objectives, inclusion/exclusion criteria, and data collection requirements.
- • Review and analyze clinical trial data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to identify trends and patterns that may impact trial outcomes.
- • Develop and implement monitoring plans to ensure the quality and integrity of clinical trial data.
- • Identify and mitigate risks associated with clinical trials, including those related to data quality, patient safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- • Develop and maintain relationships with clinical trial sites, investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
- • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, including experience in monitoring and data management.
- • Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols, including study objectives, inclusion/exclusion criteria, and data collection requirements.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with clinical trials.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clinical trial sites, investigators, and other stakeholders.
