- • Lead the implementation of Tandem’s AI solutions for clinicians in Finland, guiding users through adoption of new workflows and ensuring seamless integration into clinical practice.
- • Develop deep understanding of users’ clinical environments to tailor Tandem’s tools to their specific needs, acting as a trusted expert and advisor.
- • Provide expert user support, resolve issues quickly, and identify opportunities for product enhancements based on real-world feedback.
- • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in Stockholm to shape product development, contributing clinical insights and participating in focused initiatives.
- • Represent Tandem at conferences, events, and workshops to share the vision with clinicians and stakeholders across Wellbeing Services Counties and private healthcare providers.
- • Work full-time in Helsinki with expected local travel to meet customers and periodic trips to Stockholm for team collaboration and culture immersion.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience of clinical work in healthcare or customer-facing work in social care.
- • Exposure to consulting, scaleup/startup, or entrepreneurial environments.
- • Genuine passion for technology and AI, with curiosity and enthusiasm as essential qualities.
- • Adaptability and an entrepreneurial approach, with ability to operate with urgency and teamwork.
- • Quick thinking, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- • Native level language fluency in Finnish and excellent communication skills in English.
