- • Achieve dermatology sales objectives by effectively managing territory budgets and resources in the Chiba area.
- • Develop and implement an annual territory business plan incorporating market insights and aligning with Regeneron’s marketing strategies.
- • Regularly update business plans to adapt to evolving market dynamics and customer needs.
- • Utilize key data sources to create strategic action plans for territory growth and customer engagement.
- • Conduct disease and concept selling to engage healthcare professionals with tailored solutions for Dupixent in dermatology.
- • Perform administrative tasks including expense reporting, marketing feedback, and call reporting in compliance with company policies.
- • Collaborate with alliance partners to meet commercial objectives while ensuring full adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- • Attend local, regional, and national meetings as required and complete all mandatory training programs provided by Regeneron.
- • Maintain company property in good condition and adhere to safe driving practices during territory visits.
- • Build and sustain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to deliver value-driven solutions in the dermatology therapeutic area.
- • Manage time effectively to execute strategic plans under tight timelines in an independent work environment.
- • Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail in handling administrative and compliance responsibilities.
- • Be adaptable and willing to travel, including evenings and weekends, as necessary to meet sales and engagement goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- • At least five years of sales representative experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- • Valid driver’s license and MR certification
- • Therapy area knowledge in dermatology (preferred)
- • Sales experience in biologics (preferred)
- • Established relationships with key opinion leaders in dermatology (preferred)
