- • Achieve sales objectives in dermatology for the assigned territory in Iwate and Aomori areas of Japan
- • Develop and implement annual territory business plans based on market insights and data analysis
- • Manage territory budgets and expenses to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency
- • Utilize key data sources to strategically develop and adjust action plans for territory growth
- • Perform all required administrative duties including accurate reporting, compliance documentation, and CRM updates
- • Attend local, regional, and national meetings as directed by management to support commercial objectives
- • Collaborate with alliance partners to align strategies and deliver joint commercial goals
- • Adapt sales plans in real-time in response to changing market dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory updates
- • Conduct disease and concept selling with healthcare professionals using strong technical knowledge of dermatology therapies
- • Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge of dermatology treatments and competitor brands to support informed customer conversations
- • Build and sustain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the dermatology field
- • Ensure full compliance with company policies, pharmaceutical industry regulations, and local legal requirements
- • Travel extensively within the assigned territory, including evening and weekend work as needed to meet healthcare provider schedules
- • Maintain valid driver’s license and MR Certification to conduct field visits and territory management
- • Demonstrate proficiency in computer systems including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email software for daily reporting and planning
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- • Minimum five (5) years sales representative experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- • Valid driver’s license and MR Certification
- • Therapy area knowledge (Dermatology) and sales experience in biologics
- • Up-to-date clinical knowledge of therapy areas and competitor brands
- • Fluency in Japanese (implied by location and role requirements; English fluency is a plus but not essential)
