📋 Description
- • Drive sales and adoption of Regeneron’s oncology product portfolio within the assigned Tokyo area territory
- • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve established sales targets
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, oncologists, and key accounts
- • Deliver accurate, approved scientific and clinical information to support customer decision-making
- • Identify and engage new business opportunities within the oncology therapeutic space
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, marketing, and market access to support customer needs
- • Adapt to evolving priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven pharmaceutical environment
- • Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in all customer interactions
- • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines in promotional activities and documentation
- • Travel within the Tokyo area and surrounding prefectures (Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa) as required to meet healthcare professionals
- • Ensure consistent field presence and coverage across assigned accounts to maximize product visibility and engagement
- • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track activities, customer interactions, and territory performance
- • Represent Regeneron with professionalism and integrity, aligning actions with the company’s mission to develop life-changing medicines for serious diseases
- • Stay current on oncology treatment guidelines, competitive landscape, and regulatory updates affecting the Japanese market
- • Participate in company training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales competencies
- • Adhere to all local pharmaceutical industry codes of conduct and ethical standards
- • Report territory insights and market feedback to management to inform strategic planning
- • Maintain valid driver’s license and active MR certification as required for field operations
- • Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring alignment with regional and global sales objectives
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field
- • Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
- • Knowledge of oncology or related therapeutic area
- • Driver license and MR certification
- • Ability to travel within assigned territory as required
- • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
