- • Achieve sales objectives in the respiratory therapy area for the assigned territory in Hokkaido, Japan
- • Develop and implement annual territory business plans grounded in market insights and data-driven analysis
- • Manage territory budgets and expenses to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial compliance
- • Utilize key data sources to identify opportunities and strategically plan customer engagement activities
- • Perform all administrative duties including accurate reporting, compliance documentation, and CRM updates
- • Attend and participate in local, regional, and national meetings as directed by management
- • Collaborate closely with alliance partners to align on commercial objectives and deliver coordinated patient outcomes
- • Adapt sales strategies and action plans in response to evolving market dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
- • Conduct disease and concept selling with healthcare professionals using up-to-date clinical knowledge of respiratory therapies
- • Maintain established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the respiratory therapy area
- • Ensure full compliance with company policies, pharmaceutical industry regulations, and local legal requirements
- • Demonstrate superior customer engagement skills focused on delivering value to healthcare providers and institutions
- • Exhibit excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate product information and scientific data
- • Maintain strong computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email software for daily operational tasks
- • Work independently to execute strategic sales plans under tight timelines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism
- • Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and MR Certification as required for territory coverage
- • Stay current with clinical developments, competitor brands, and therapeutic advancements in respiratory medicine
- • Travel within the Hokkaido region to visit healthcare facilities and meet with physicians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- • Minimum five (5) years of sales representative experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- • Valid driver’s license and MR Certification
- • Therapy area knowledge (respiratory) and sales experience in biologics
- • Fluency in Japanese (implied by location and role requirements)
- • Established Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships within respiratory therapy area
