- • Achieve brand sales objectives by effectively managing territory budget and expenses in the Tokyo area.
- • Develop and implement annual territory business plans grounded in market insights and strategic analysis.
- • Align territory execution with Regeneron’s marketing brand plans to ensure consistent messaging and strategy delivery.
- • Utilize key data sources to create and refine territory action plans that drive customer engagement and sales growth.
- • Perform administrative responsibilities including accurate expense reporting, marketing activity documentation, and field insight submissions.
- • Adhere strictly to Regeneron’s regulatory, legal, and compliance guidelines in all customer interactions and business practices.
- • Attend and participate in local, regional, and national meetings as directed by management to support commercial objectives.
- • Strategically manage time and resources to maximize face-to-face engagement with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with alliance partners and internal teams to deliver integrated, patient-centered solutions.
- • Conduct disease and concept selling with technical accuracy, translating complex scientific information into clear value propositions for healthcare providers.
- • Maintain proficiency in standard office software including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email platforms for daily operational tasks.
- • Work independently to execute strategic and tactical plans under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
- • Demonstrate superior written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare decision-makers.
- • Apply strong planning and organizational skills to prioritize activities, manage multiple accounts, and meet quarterly and annual targets.
- • Operate within a hybrid work model requiring in-person engagement in the Tokyo area alongside remote work components.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- • Minimum five (5) years of sales representative experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- • Valid driver’s license
- • MR Certification
- • Superior customer engagement skills with a focus on delivering value
- • Excellent technical aptitude and ability to conduct disease/concept selling
