Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Join Xdinizioengage as a Medical Writer and become the voice of science behind award-winning life-science training that physicians, nurses, MSLs, and sales teams rely on every day. You will craft accurate, engaging, and fully-referenced scientific content for self-study curricula, interactive workshops, e-learning modules, and blended programs that turn complex data into confident clinical practice.
- • Own the scientific narrative from day one. You will research every molecule, trial, and guideline that matters, distilling thousands of pages of literature into concise, compliant copy that meets FDA, EMA, and client MLR standards. Using PubMed, Embase, clinicaltrials.gov, and proprietary data, you will build evidence maps that underpin every slide, scenario, and assessment question.
- • Translate strategy into story. Partnering with Associate Scientific Directors, you will convert high-level medical objectives into learner-centric outlines, ensuring each asset ladders up to brand strategy, behavioral KPIs, and adult-learning best practices. Your drafts will be clear, conversational, and visually guided—ready for designers, animators, and facilitators to bring to life.
- • Infuse instructional design into medical writing. With guidance from Learning Experience Designers, you will embed measurable learning goals, realistic practice activities, and valid assessment items directly into manuscripts, storyboards, and facilitator guides. You will balance scientific rigor with pedagogical flair, ensuring that every data point has a “so what” for the target HCP audience.
- • Iterate fearlessly. You will incorporate multi-layered feedback loops—internal scientific review, client medical affairs, MLR committees, copyeditors, and fact-checkers—turning red-lined documents into polished, submission-ready gold. Your meticulous reference markup and version control will keep audits smooth and stress-free.
- • Represent science in every forum. Whether in a Zoom kickoff, a client workshop, or a live virtual training launch, you will answer content questions with authority and enthusiasm, translating complex MOA, safety, or health-economic concepts into language that resonates with both experts and novices.
- • Collaborate across the full creative arc. Daily touchpoints with Creative Directors, Motion Designers, Performance Consultants, and Editorial teams will ensure that scientific accuracy never compromises visual impact or learner engagement. You will flag potential compliance risks early and champion solutions that satisfy both brand aspiration and regulatory reality.
- • Master project economics. You will scope effort, track hours, and flag scope creep so that every deliverable ships on time and on budget. Your proactive status updates and risk-mitigation plans will make you the go-to scientific partner for Program Managers juggling multiple concurrent launches.
- • Grow without limits. Through mentorship from senior scientific staff, access to cutting-edge therapeutic pipelines, and exposure to global clients, you will deepen your expertise across oncology, immunology, rare disease, and beyond. Quarterly learning stipends and conference attendance will keep your finger on the pulse of medical communications innovation.
- • Champion diversity of thought. We believe the best science communication comes from diverse voices. You will contribute to an inclusive culture where curiosity, constructive debate, and psychological safety drive breakthrough ideas that ultimately improve patient outcomes.
🎯 Requirements

- • 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales training (highly desirable but not mandatory)
- • Demonstrated fluency in conducting systematic literature searches using PubMed, Embase, and similar databases
- • Ability to write scientifically accurate, engaging, and compliant content tailored to diverse healthcare audiences
- • Strong project-management skills with proven ability to deliver within budgeted hours and tight timelines
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fully remote, flexible schedule—work from anywhere with a stable internet connection
