- • As a Medical Writer - Publications at Real Chemistry, you will play a vital role in transforming healthcare by creating scientifically accurate and impactful communications that help healthcare professionals improve patient outcomes. - • Day to day, you will research and understand the science behind assigned projects, develop scientific communications such as manuscripts, posters, abstracts, slide decks, and advisory board materials, ensure adherence to quality control processes including accurate referencing and data checking, adapt writing for diverse audiences (physicians, nurses, patients), manage project timelines, collaborate with senior team members and clients, and maintain ownership of deliverables while contributing to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced medical writing expertise, deepen your understanding of therapeutic areas and clinical trial data, refine your ability to write for regulated environments under ABPI and GPP/ICMJE guidelines, strengthen project management and client liaison skills, and grow as a trusted scientific communicator within a collaborative, high-performing editorial team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in medical writing, ideally in an agency setting
- • Relevant degree (minimum of Masters, PhD preferred) in a science subject
- • Understanding of GPP and ICMJE compliance as it relates to the development of publications
- • Solid scientific background with ability to quickly learn new therapeutic areas
- • Knowledge of clinical trials process (Phases I-III), data presentation, and drug approval process
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
