📋 Description
- • The Medicare Programs Specialist 1 (MIPS Specialist) provides high-level assistance and responses to non-MIPS Advising customers for escalated MIPS cases submitted by the Support Team, playing a critical role in ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction in healthcare technology.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering professional client support for MIPS-related inquiries, following established procedures for quality service, communicating responses efficiently, handling Tier 2 and 3 escalated MIPS questions, determining when to provide direct support versus referring to MIPS Advising, assisting the MIPS Advising team with tasks, and collaborating with the internal Compliance team on regulatory documentation such as SOC 2 reports and audit logs.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree preferred
- • Excellent written communication skills required
- • Demonstrated expertise in evaluating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer issues
- • Experience within a medical practice and/or EMR experience is a plus
- • Knowledge of bug-tracking software such as Salesforce and Jira
- • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and organizational skills
