Your expertise will directly influence how AI interprets complex medical scenarios, contributing to innovations in clinical decision-making, diagnostic accuracy, and pharmaceutical research.
• • You will collaborate closely with xAI’s technical team to label and annotate high-quality medical data across text, voice, and video formats, ensuring the AI learns from accurate, clinically relevant examples that reflect real-world patient interactions and medical reasoning.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include using proprietary software to provide precise input and labels on defined medical projects, supporting the delivery of curated datasets essential for training new AI tasks, and working with engineers to refine annotation tools for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• • You will actively participate in gathering or providing medical data—such as recording audio or video sessions, annotating clinical case studies, or analyzing diagnostic imaging—to help train AI models in areas like differential diagnosis (Ddx), patient management, and medical image interpretation.
• • Your role involves solving complex medical problems that drive innovation in healthcare, guiding the AI (referred to as ‘Grok’) to enhance care quality, optimize clinical workflows, accelerate drug discovery, and improve patient outcomes through better-informed AI assistance.
• • You will select challenging problems from diverse medical specialties—including pharmacy, radiology, pathology, and clinical medicine—where your expertise allows you to confidently provide detailed solutions and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and clinical relevance.
• • Regularly, you will interpret, analyze, and execute tasks based on evolving instructions, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where priorities shift with project needs and technical advancements.
