- • As a Medior Content Creator based in Chile, you will develop and execute creative social media strategies that drive cultural relevance and brand impact across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing social content calendars, creating reactive and proactive content, appearing on-camera, editing video, ensuring legal compliance, and presenting ideas to clients and teams.
- • You will join Monks, a global digital-first, data-driven marketing and technology services brand under S4 Capital, known for its AI-powered Monks.Flow ecosystem and award-winning innovation in marketing and technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in social-first creative thinking, UGC trends, video production, and performance-driven content development while collaborating with cross-functional strategy and creative teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of proven work experience as a social-first creative for an agency or brand
- • Experience developing exciting social executions for brands and crafting reactive content in response to social trends
- • Video editing is a must: ability to manage end-to-end production from concept to completion, including basic editing of own content
- • Comfortable appearing on-camera and recording content
- • Keen eye for visual details and accuracy
- • Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and ability to adapt content plans to community needs
