- • As a Member Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing empathetic support and resolving inquiries related to medical supplies, insurance, and resupply needs.
- • Day to day, you will process resupply orders, assist with billing and insurance questions, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and advocate for patient needs across internal teams.
- • Better Health is a fast-growing healthcare company disrupting the $80B home medical supply industry by combining peer support, expert coaching, patient education, and fast home delivery of medical supplies for chronic conditions.
- • In this role, you will develop deep knowledge of DME workflows, Medicare processes, and insurance coverage while building expertise in patient advocacy and healthcare operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven customer support experience, ideally in a healthcare setting
- • Spanish fluency (spoken and written) — strongly required
- • Healthcare, DME, Medicare, or medical insurance background strongly preferred
- • Familiarity with US healthcare system fundamentals, Medicare workflows, and insurance coverage rules
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills
- • High attention to detail and accuracy
