- • As a Member Contact Center Consultant at Connexus Credit Union, you will serve as the frontline point of contact for members and prospective members, delivering best-in-class service with a focus on one-call resolution in a remote-first environment.
- • Day to day, you will provide omnichannel assistance by acquiring in-depth knowledge of credit union departments, actively listen to member concerns, de-escalate situations, maintain confidentiality, meet performance metrics, document interactions accurately, and collaborate across departments to resolve inquiries.
- • Connexus Credit Union is a member-focused cooperative serving all 50 states, returning profits to member-owners through competitive yields and loan rates, fostering collaboration, high performance, and holistic employee development as a remote-first employer with a strong presence in the upper Midwest.
- • In this role, you will develop strong communication and problem-solving skills, gain deep product and procedural knowledge of financial services, enhance your ability to multitask under pressure, and grow professionally through Connexus’ robust learning and development program and tuition reimbursement opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of related experience
- • Excellent listening skills complemented by proficient verbal and written communication
- • Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- • Strong computer skills, experience working in a Windows environment, using the internet and databases effectively
- • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and work independently
- • Ability to follow procedures, policies, and regulations
