- • Conduct 30-minute virtual or phone matching sessions with new members to assess their relationship goals, needs, and preferences
- • Select the most appropriate expert from Ritual’s network based on nuanced insights gathered during member conversations
- • Coordinate a warm, context-rich handoff to the matched expert, ensuring seamless transition and continuity of care
- • Guide members through the full platform activation process, providing step-by-step support to ensure successful onboarding
- • Facilitate rematching when initial expert pairings are not a good fit, reassessing member needs and reselecting appropriate experts
- • Provide clear, confident explanations of OurRitual’s model, services, and operational framework to new members
- • Address frequently asked questions, including regulatory and compliance-related inquiries about the platform’s structure and service delivery
- • Set accurate expectations about the platform’s offerings to ensure members feel informed, comfortable, and prepared to engage
- • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of each member’s intake, preferences, and matching rationale
- • Ensure all interactions adhere to regulatory and compliance standards within a sensitive, relationship-focused environment
- • Prioritize building immediate trust and emotional safety during initial member interactions, particularly with individuals navigating vulnerable topics
- • Operate with a high degree of empathy, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal warmth, making members feel understood from the first conversation
- • Manage a dynamic schedule across 9 AM–11 PM Eastern Time, with flexibility to meet high-demand hours
- • Dedicate a minimum of 15 hours per week, with at least 8 hours scheduled during peak demand windows: 5 PM–10 PM ET and 1 PM–2 PM ET
- • Stay knowledgeable about OurRitual’s AI-powered tools and guided programs to accurately represent their function and value during member conversations
- • Navigate complex member situations with professionalism, ensuring no clinical advice is provided while maintaining supportive guidance
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with expert coordinators and operations teams to improve matching accuracy and member experience
- • Adapt communication style to meet diverse member backgrounds, cultural contexts, and communication preferences
- • Remain organized and responsive under variable workload conditions while upholding consistent quality in every member interaction
🎯 Requirements
- • Clinical background or training in social work, counseling, MFT, or related field preferred; full licensure not required
- • Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex, sensitive topics with confidence and empathy
- • Comfort working within a regulatory and compliance-sensitive environment
- • Detail-oriented approach to documentation and handoff coordination
- • Excellent time management and organizational skills
- • Ability to build immediate trust and emotional safety with members during first interactions
