- • The Member Mobilization and Engagement Associate at Devoted Health plays a vital role in strengthening connections with Elder Council members and supporting community engagement initiatives that align with the company’s mission to improve the health and well-being of older Americans by treating them like family.
- • Day to day, the role involves building and maintaining relationships with Elder Council members and Community Based Organizations, supporting Member Advisory Committee recruitment and meetings, maintaining accurate records and SOPs, conducting community research, updating the Elder Council webpage, and collaborating cross-functionally with data, member services, and product/technology teams to design, launch, and measure member campaigns and surveys.
- • Devoted Health’s Member Experience and Engagement (MXE) team designs service experiences that foster trust and loyalty among members, stands up Elder Councils as part of community engagement, and works closely with internal teams including Marketing, COSs, and Community Guides to deliver integrated healthcare solutions focused on older adults.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in community mobilization, stakeholder engagement, project management, and health equity initiatives, while gaining experience in survey design, data-informed decision-making, and compliance-driven program execution within a mission-driven, fast-growing healthcare organization.
