📋 Description

• Design and build end-to-end product experiences across the hiring workflow, from initial sketches to shipped pixels, ensuring AI agents feel like transparent, trustworthy coworkers
• Create interfaces that transform conversational AI signals into visible, actionable, and intuitive user interactions
• Prototype ideas rapidly using Figma, code, or hybrid methods — shipping without waiting on handoffs or documentation
• Own the craft bar for the entire product: refine motion, density, hierarchy, and micro-details that make interactions feel inevitable
• Define how Metaview’s AI-native software looks, feels, and behaves in real customer workflows — shaping the future of hiring technology
• Turn ambiguous, messy problems into clean, obvious interfaces that users trust and adopt without training
• Ship meaningful product areas independently within 3–6 months, from problem definition through rollout and iteration
• Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, product, and customers to validate and refine designs in real time
• Contribute to the evolution of design systems, real-time collaboration flows, and complex interaction patterns in AI-native environments
• Maintain high standards for visual and interaction design while operating in a fast-moving, low-ceremony environment that prioritizes velocity over process
• Build prototypes that prove concepts quickly — whether in Figma, code, or mixed media — eliminating delays between ideation and execution
• Elevate the product’s aesthetic and functional quality by obsessing over pixels, transitions, spacing, and timing that most users never notice but deeply feel
• Help define what AI-native software feels like during a formative stage of the company, where design decisions directly shape product identity
• Work in a small, in-person team in London where ideas win on merit, not hierarchy or process
• Contribute to setting the standard for interaction design in AI-driven recruiting tools used by top-tier companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable

🎯 Requirements

• Have shipped beautiful, complex products in fast-moving software environments
• Can design and are comfortable bringing ideas to life themselves — in Figma, in code, or both
• Have a real point of view on products: what’s great, what’s broken, and what they’d change
• Care deeply about pixels, motion, and details most people never notice
• Like ownership, ambiguity, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, product, and customers
• Want to help define what AI-native software feels like while the company’s shape is still being formed
