  • • Build and ship end-to-end recruiting agents powered by AI that function as intuitive coworkers, automating toil and augmenting human hiring teams at companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable.
  • • Design and develop new product experiences across the entire hiring workflow, ensuring seamless integration of AI-driven features that feel useful, transparent, and naturally embedded in user workflows.
  • • Transform unstructured conversational signals from interviews and interactions into structured actions, insights, and automated decisions that improve hiring speed and precision.
  • • Own product areas from problem definition through rollout, including identifying key pain points, defining solutions, and driving implementation with cross-functional collaboration.
  • • Improve the quality, speed, and reliability of both user-facing interfaces and agent-facing systems that power the AI recruiting platform.
  • • Work across the full stack—frontend, backend, and AI systems—where decisions in one layer meaningfully impact the other, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and technical needs.
  • • Contribute to shaping how Metaview’s AI products behave in real-world customer workflows, ensuring they deliver tangible value in high-stakes, trust-sensitive hiring contexts.
  • • Drive improvements that make the product faster, clearer, and more valuable by combining technical strength with strong product judgment and user empathy.
  • • Operate in a fast-moving, in-person team in London with minimal process; ship daily, including on Fridays, with no reliance on lengthy roadmaps, tickets, or design-doc theater.
  • • Collaborate closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams to solve problems that span multiple domains, prioritizing real progress over motion.
  • • Maintain high engineering standards while keeping processes light, feedback loops short, and iteration speed extremely high—currently shipping 8x more than a year ago with the same small team.
  • • Participate in setting and raising the engineering bar across craft, execution, and product sense, contributing to a culture where ideas win on merit, not ceremony.
  • • Build products used in consequential moments where accuracy, fairness, and reliability are critical to user trust and organizational outcomes.
  • • Work in a startup environment where ownership, ambiguity, and rapid iteration are core to success, helping define the shape of a category-defining AI product.
