📋 Description

• As a Member of Product Staff, Talent Brand & Community at Metaview AI Limited, you will help make Metaview one of the best-known and most respected product companies in San Francisco by increasing awareness and admiration among exceptional technical talent.
• You will own initiatives to ensure top engineers in SF know Metaview, identify and engage with relevant communities, sponsor and host events, build relationships with students, founders, engineers, and operators, and turn Metaview into a talent magnet through strategic outreach and programming.
• You will work directly with product leadership and recruiting teams to shape how Metaview shows up in the startup ecosystem, with no fixed playbook—your creativity and initiative will drive impact.
• In this role, you can learn to build and scale talent communities, gain hands-on experience in university and founder outreach, develop event strategy and partnership evaluation skills, and build one of the strongest networks in Silicon Valley by engaging with leaders across tech, academia, and venture capital.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading a major student organization, running a conference, or building a community
• Background in recruiting, university recruiting, partnerships, or operations
• Proven ability to create momentum and drive engagement through initiative and relationship-building
• Experience working with technical talent, founders, engineers, or student communities
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with high ownership and autonomy
