  • • Own end-to-end corporate identity and access management (IAM) for all employees, contractors, and partners from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning of access across Okta, Google Workspace, and other internal systems.
  • • Automate repetitive operational workflows using scripts, APIs, and agents to reduce manual effort and improve security posture across the corporate technology stack.
  • • Manage day-to-day IAM operations including user account lifecycle management, role-based access control, and least-privilege enforcement across all corporate platforms.
  • • Lead the deployment and maturation of endpoint security tooling including EDR (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne) and MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune) to secure corporate devices.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee technology and access issues, resolving incidents quickly and transforming recurring problems into self-service solutions.
  • • Design and implement secure, scalable IAM workflows in collaboration with Engineering, Infrastructure, People, and Operations teams to balance security with employee experience and velocity.
  • • Conduct regular access reviews and maintain audit controls aligned with SOC2, ISO27001, and ISO42001 compliance requirements.
  • • Build and maintain clear operational documentation for IAM processes, access policies, and incident response procedures.
  • • Partner with HR and People teams to align access provisioning with hiring, role changes, and offboarding timelines.
  • • Proactively identify gaps in corporate security tooling and drive improvements using AI-driven automation where applicable.
  • • Ensure all access management practices adhere to privacy and data protection standards, including GDPR compliance.
  • • Contribute to the development of operational metrics and dashboards to measure access efficiency, security incidents, and compliance readiness.
  • • Participate in technical interviews and team fit discussions as part of the hiring process for security and engineering roles.
  • • Attend monthly in-person team gatherings (3 days) and biannual offsites to collaborate with global team members.
  • • Maintain a proactive ownership mindset in a fast-moving, process-evolving environment where systems are still being built from first principles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Hands-on experience running onboarding/offboarding in a corporate IT or Security environment with strong grasp of IAM and least-privilege principles
  • • Hands-on experience with SSO and identity providers such as Okta and Google Workspace, including automation across multiple internal platforms
  • • Familiarity with endpoint management tooling (Jamf, Kandji, Intune) and EDR tooling (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or similar)
  • • Clear operational documentation skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and discretion handling sensitive data
  • • Proactive ownership mindset and comfort operating in environments where processes are still being built
  • • Experience collaborating across HR, Engineering, and Security teams
