• • As a Member of Technical Staff - Pretraining at Black Forest Labs, you will lead the foundational research that powers next-generation multimodal foundation models for image, video, and audio generation, directly impacting products used by millions of creators and developers worldwide.
• • Day to day, you will lead large-scale pretraining experiments, develop and evaluate novel architectural and algorithmic ideas, optimize low-level GPU and systems performance, and drive independent research projects as well as cross-team initiatives to advance the frontier of generative AI.
