- • As a Member Services Associate, Dining at Atlas Computing Inc., you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth cardholders, ensuring exceptional, white-glove service across dining reservations, account inquiries, and lifestyle experiences. This role is critical to maintaining Atlas’s reputation as a premium concierge charge card that delivers seamless, anticipatory support to discerning members who expect nothing less than excellence in every interaction.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound member communications via Zendesk, Slack, Gmail, and Core Credit systems; coordinating complex dining reservations and special requests with precision and speed; troubleshooting account, credit, and billing issues with a solutions-first mindset; collaborating cross-functionally with credit operations, lifestyle, and concierge teams to resolve member challenges in real time; tracking and prioritizing service requests while maintaining a high-touch, empathetic approach; and proactively anticipating member needs to turn potential issues into memorable, loyalty-building moments.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of client service or relationship management experience in luxury dining, hospitality, travel, hotel, or financial services.
- • Background in Customer Service, Executive Assistance, or Concierge Services with a specific focus on dining.
- • Exceptional track record of delivering VIP-level service to high-value members, consistently providing swift and effective solutions.
- • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- • Strong communication skills with clarity and empathy—ability to read interpersonal cues, adjust tone, and make each interaction feel personal and grounded.
- • Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
