- • As a Member Services Associate in Travel & Lifestyle at Atlas Computing Inc., you will deliver concierge-level support for high-value, complex travel and lifestyle requests, directly contributing to the premium experience of discerning, high-spending members who rely on Atlas for insider access and seamless service in luxury dining, travel, and events.
- • You will manage real-time end-to-end travel and lifestyle requests—including luxury hotels, private villas, flights, private aviation, event access, dining, entertainment, and ground transportation—ensuring meticulous coordination and personalized support via chat, while acting as a brand ambassador for Atlas’s premium positioning.
- • You will partner with internal teams, hotels, concierge providers, and transportation vendors to ensure seamless handoffs, identify member feedback trends, and contribute to refining Standard Operating Procedures, macros, and knowledge base resources to enhance service efficiency and consistency.
- • You will join a lean, senior, and fast-moving team with deep expertise from Apple, Robinhood, Instacart, Rimowa, Revolut, and more, operating in a high-growth fintech environment backed by Y Combinator, Valar Ventures, Eric Schmidt, and Elad Gill, with a clear path to over $1B in spend volume.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global luxury travel, refine your ability to anticipate and exceed elite client expectations, and gain hands-on experience shaping scalable service processes in a performance-driven culture that values autonomy, innovation, and member-centric excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of experience in luxury travel planning, concierge services, or high-end lifestyle management with a proven ability to exceed client expectations
- • Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing complex, personalized travel itineraries including luxury accommodations, private aviation, and exclusive access experiences
- • Extensive knowledge of global destinations and familiarity with top-tier hotels, resorts, fine dining, private transportation, and high-profile events
- • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset and ability to build trust with discerning clientele
- • Professionalism, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive client information with utmost confidentiality
- • Strong organizational skills to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and resolve logistical challenges quickly and efficiently
- • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support clients across time zones
