📋 Description

• Serve as the primary strategic advisor and point of contact for Shopify e-commerce clients, understanding their business goals and diagnosing opportunities to improve Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), UX/UI, Site Speed, SEO, and promotional effectiveness.
• Own and scale Oowlish’s Shopify practice by developing long-term strategic partnerships with clients, shifting from execution-focused delivery to outcome-driven consulting.
• Translate client business objectives into clear, actionable roadmaps that guide development and design teams without writing code or implementing features directly.
• Collaborate closely with developers and designers to set priorities, define project scope, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client business outcomes.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth and deepen client relationships.
• Contribute to new proposals and pre-sales conversations by articulating the value of Shopify as a long-term growth platform for e-commerce brands.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the United States and Europe, providing data-informed recommendations to optimize their Shopify stores for measurable business impact.
• Ensure all delivered work directly correlates to improved e-commerce performance metrics and client ROI.
• Maintain deep expertise in Shopify ecosystem capabilities, integrations, and best practices to advise clients on platform optimization and innovation.
• Represent Oowlish as a strategic partner in client communications, demonstrating confidence, clarity, and business acumen in all interactions.
• Support the growth of Oowlish’s international presence by delivering high-impact solutions to premium clients across the U.S. and Europe.
• Operate in a remote work environment with flexible scheduling, enabling work-life balance while maintaining consistent collaboration across time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shopify consultant or e-commerce strategist with a track record of improving key performance metrics (Conversion Rate, AOV, UX/UI, SEO, Site Speed)
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and guide cross-functional teams without hands-on development
• Excellent communication skills in English, with experience advising international clients in the U.S. and Europe
• Demonstrated success in identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to pre-sales activities and proposals
• Deep understanding of Shopify platform capabilities, apps, and e-commerce best practices
• Business-minded mindset with ownership mentality, thinking like a client’s growth partner rather than a service provider
