- • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, promoting a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
- • Ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting deadlines and delivering within budget.
- • Collaborate with product management, QA, and other cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and technical specifications.
- • Implement and maintain robust Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software products.
- • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the development lifecycle.
- • Champion Agile Principles and Agile Project Management best practices within the team.
- • Foster influential communications within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- • Actively participate in the professional development of team members, including mentoring youth and fostering growth opportunities.

- • Demonstrated curiosity and hands‑on experimentation with AI tools in an engineering context.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- • Proven experience with Agile Principles and Agile Project Management methodologies.
- • Solid understanding and experience with Waterfall Model.
- • Demonstrated experience in Risk Management within software development projects.
- • Strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) and Software Product Testing.
- • Exceptional Leadership and Mentoring Youth skills.
- • Excellent Influential Communications, both written and verbal.
- • Familiarity with CSG Leadership Keystone: Culture, Energize, Results, Teams, and Vision.
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
