📋 Description
- • As a Microsoft 365 Engineer (Cloud Solution Architect for Microsoft 365 Health), you will partner with customers to improve the health, performance, and adoption of their Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring they realize the full value of their investment through technical optimization and strategic guidance.
- • Day to day, you will assess tenant health across apps, services, and network connectivity; evaluate and optimize M365 Apps performance (Office, Teams, Outlook); review network readiness for Microsoft 365 workloads; analyze usage and adoption metrics to identify gaps and recommend engagement strategies; provide governance and compliance guidance; and deliver professional customer-facing documentation summarizing assessments and next steps.
- • You will join Concentrix, a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions, working remotely from Korea in a contract/project-based role focused on delivering high-impact Microsoft 365 health assessments and optimization services to enterprise clients.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem optimization, strengthen your consulting and stakeholder communication skills, gain experience in enterprise-scale cloud health assessments, and develop strategic adoption and governance frameworks that drive measurable business outcomes for customers.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and optimization
- • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700)
- • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
- • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- • Experience managing and optimizing Microsoft Teams for enterprise environments
- • Knowledge of M365 workloads (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business)
- • Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and device health
- • Strong ability to interpret usage analytics and design adoption strategies
- • Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical and executive audiences
- • Background in technical consulting or assessment-based delivery engagements
