- • As a Microsoft Office Apps Customer Engineer at Concentrix, you will be at the forefront of empowering businesses to maximize their employee productivity and drive success through the seamless operation of Microsoft Teams and the broader Microsoft Office Suite. - • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass providing comprehensive technical support for a wide array of Office Apps, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and critically, Microsoft Teams. This involves the proactive diagnosis and meticulous resolution of technical issues, whether encountered remotely or on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. You will be the go-to expert for users needing assistance with the installation, configuration, and ongoing troubleshooting of these essential applications. A significant part of your role will involve close collaboration with other IT team members, both within Concentrix and at client organizations, to guarantee the smooth and efficient integration of Office Apps into existing IT infrastructures. Furthermore, you will be tasked with staying abreast of the very latest updates, features, and best practices for Office Apps and Microsoft 365, proactively sharing this knowledge with customers and providing expert recommendations for their strategic implementation and optimization.
- • You will also play a key role in guiding customers on the effective use of scripting languages like PowerShell for automation and administration tasks, and delve into the intricacies of VBA programming to help clients automate repetitive tasks, extend application functionality, and enhance interaction between various Office applications. Your expertise will extend to guiding users on the implementation of Office Scripts, ensuring they leverage these tools for maximum benefit and efficiency. A crucial aspect of your contribution will be advising clients on the best solutions and approaches for migrating from legacy systems to modern Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring a smooth and successful transition. You will also be responsible for conducting technical workshops, training sessions, and webinars, designed to educate customers on best practices, new features, and advanced functionalities of Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, thereby fostering greater user adoption and proficiency.

🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS (or higher) in Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, including systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, and IT consulting, with a specific focus on Microsoft Office Apps or similar collaboration platforms.
- • Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps features, functionalities, deployment best practices, and administration, including experience with Office Online Server integration.
- • Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and scripting languages such as PowerShell, as well as knowledge of VBA and Office Scripts for automation and task extension.
