- • As a Microsoft Power Apps Developer at Guidehouse, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and deploying low-code solutions that modernize business processes for federal and commercial clients, directly supporting mission-critical operations through the Microsoft Power Platform.
- • You will drive end-to-end implementation of Power Platform solutions—from discovery and requirements gathering to development, testing, deployment, and user training—ensuring high-quality, scalable applications that integrate with SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI to deliver actionable insights and process automation.
- • You will join Guidehouse’s SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Consulting practice, a trusted advisor to government and enterprise clients, where your technical expertise will be leveraged to solve complex challenges in digital transformation, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- • You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Power Platform, guiding stakeholders and project teams on architecture, governance, security, and best practices while mentoring junior developers and contributing to internal standards and reusable components.
- • You will deepen your expertise in enterprise-grade low-code development, gain hands-on experience with federal compliance requirements (including Public Trust clearance), and grow your leadership and client-facing skills by presenting solutions to C-level executives and board members—positioning you for advancement into technical lead, architect, or consulting roles within Guidehouse’s growing cloud and automation practice.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of three (3) years of professional hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint (2013 or newer, on-prem and online), and Microsoft Dataverse, including designing and developing both Canvas and Model-driven apps.
- • Bachelor’s degree (4-year) from an accredited institution; US Citizenship is contractually required, and candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS Public Trust clearance prior to onboarding.
- • Proven experience in designing complex data models, writing technical requirements and test scripts, and working with core technologies including C#, SQL, .NET, Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams in SaaS/PaaS environments.
