📋 Description

• Identify and analyze new process opportunities for automation, assessing feasibility and estimating effort accurately.
• Analyze, understand, and document detailed business processes to inform automation design.
• Identify and communicate technical infrastructure requirements necessary for RPA deployment.
• Design automation solutions using RPA design principles and conventions, ensuring efficiency, structure, maintainability, and clarity.
• Configure automation processes and objects using core workflow principles to build scalable and reusable solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation for all automated processes.
• Support existing automation processes and implement change requirements through a structured change control process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising in the daily operation of automation workflows with timely responses.
• Communicate with RPA software vendors regarding technical issues, software improvements, and participate in user communities.
• Collaborate within agile delivery teams, identifying and escalating risks and issues to project managers and contributing to change control.
• Develop and document test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases to ensure solution reliability.
• Support operational teams during UAT and rollout phases to ensure smooth transition and adoption of automated processes.
• Integrate RPA applications with enterprise systems and data sources using RPA Designer and scripting/programming languages.
• Work directly with business stakeholders on all technical aspects of RPA deployment, including data mapping, report design, desktop application connectivity, training, and implementation.
• Apply expertise in job scheduling software and best practices to ensure reliable automation execution.
• Utilize knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, web services, and system integration to enable seamless automation workflows.
• Apply experience with database systems and SQL to extract, transform, and manage data for automation processes.
• Leverage experience with APIs, web services, and webhooks to connect automation tools with external systems.
• Apply working knowledge of unit testing and debugging principles to ensure high-quality automation outputs.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies to adapt to evolving automation needs.

• Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath and Blue Prism
• Working knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, web services, and system integration
• Experience with database systems and SQL
• Experience with APIs, web services, and webhooks
• Working knowledge of unit testing and debugging principles
• Experience with job scheduling software and best practices
