- • Ship high-quality, user-facing features end-to-end across Keep’s Cards domain using TypeScript, Next.js, and GraphQL.
- • Take full ownership of technical decisions, tradeoffs, and execution for features with direct business impact.
- • Break down ambiguous product problems into clear, actionable engineering tasks and drive execution without supervision.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and operations to align on priorities and deliver cohesive solutions.
- • Maintain and improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of Cards systems built on PostgreSQL and modern frontend architecture.
- • Apply strong fundamentals in clean coding practices, database design, and system architecture to ensure long-term maintainability.
- • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing features with attention to detail and a focus on user experience.
- • Proactively surface gaps in processes, tools, or documentation and propose improvements to elevate engineering practices.
- • Contribute to building technical clarity, knowledge sharing, and internal documentation to support team scalability.
- • Balance speed and correctness in all implementations, prioritizing both rapid delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- • Participate in design discussions with critical thinking and product awareness, influencing roadmap direction through technical insight.
- • Work in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment where ambiguity is normal and trust enables independent decision-making.
- • Engage in continuous improvement of developer experience, tooling, and system reliability to enhance team velocity.
- • Deliver features that directly accelerate one of Keep’s most impactful product areas: cross-border business banking for SMBs.
- • Work within a TypeScript/NextJS/GraphQL stack with a focus on building scalable, performant, and maintainable frontend and backend systems.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Anticipate problems before they arise, propose solutions, and drive execution without waiting for direction.
- • Take pride in building products that are not only functional but also reliable, scalable, and user-centric.
- • Contribute to shaping what great Fullstack engineering looks like at Keep through ownership, initiative, and technical excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a Fullstack Engineer with strong fundamentals in JavaScript and TypeScript
- • Proven experience building user-facing features with React and Next.js
- • Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- • Ability to ship projects end-to-end with ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
- • Experience thriving in fast-moving, high-autonomy startup environments
- • Clear communication skills in English for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
