📋 Description
- • A mid-level Graphic & Motion Designer role focused on creating product videos, motion assets, and web animations to support product storytelling, website experiences, and performance-driven creative across global teams.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing product videos and motion assets (walkthroughs, feature clips, explainers), creating web motion experiences (hero loops, micro-interactions, hover states), producing high-performing creatives for A/B tests, delivering multi-format assets for web and paid channels, handling art finalization for digital deliverables, collaborating with front-end teams on implementation (Lottie, SVG, motion specs), maintaining organized design libraries and templates, QA’ing assets across devices and browsers, contributing to motion guidelines, and partnering with marketing to iterate based on performance insights.

- • The designer will gain experience in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, UX, and engineering teams, deepen expertise in performance-driven design and motion systems, contribute to scalable design systems, and build a portfolio of high-impact SaaS and product-facing motion work that directly influences user experience and conversion metrics.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience across motion design, video editing, and graphic design (agency or in-house)
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating product or SaaS videos, motion for web (micro-interactions, UI animations), social or ad creatives, and clean, modern design fundamentals
- • Hands-on experience with art finalization and production-ready assets
- • Fluent English (written and spoken) for global collaboration, writing specs, and joining live reviews
- • Based in LATAM with availability overlapping UTC-5 (±2 hours)
- • Reliable internet connection and a workstation capable of motion design work
