- • As a Mid-Level Fullstack Engineer at Oak's Lab LLC, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling innovative digital products for global clients, leveraging your expertise in Node.js and React to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable web and mobile applications that drive real business impact.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams—including Tech Leads, Product Managers, Designers, and fellow engineers—to transform feature requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with user needs, business goals, and production-level quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- • Oak's Lab is a Prague-based product development partner with Silicon Valley roots and a team of 85+ engineers, having delivered over 65 software products for startups, scaleups, and enterprises—including notable clients like Nasdaq Private Market, Blackpoint Cyber, and OpenLoop—while pioneering an AI-first approach across all projects.
- • You will join a dynamic, agile team where your contributions directly influence product success, with opportunities to engage in technical discussions, own end-to-end delivery of application components, and participate in the internal AI Guild to experiment with cutting-edge tools like Figma MCP Server, Playwright MCP Server, Cursor, and remote AI agents.
- • In this role, you will deepen your fullstack expertise by working with modern technologies including TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, React Native, GraphQL, tRPC, Material UI, Playwright, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform, while applying AI-enhanced workflows to boost productivity and innovation.
- • You will grow as a proactive, analytical engineer by refining your problem-solving skills, advocating for code quality, embracing continuous learning, and contributing to a collaborative, hard-working culture that values ownership, initiative, and technical excellence in a long-term B2B/freelance engagement based in Türkiye.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience building digital products using Node.js and React
- • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Fluency in English and ability to work effectively in a team environment following Agile methodologies
