- • As a Mid-Level Fullstack Engineer at Oak's Lab LLC, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling innovative digital products for clients ranging from early-stage startups to global enterprises, directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering high-impact software solutions with an AI-first mindset.
- • Your work will involve end-to-end development of web and mobile applications using modern technologies, ensuring security, scalability, and production-quality output while collaborating closely with cross-functional product teams to translate business needs into technical excellence.
- • You will join a dynamic, internationally distributed team of 85+ engineers, designers, and product specialists headquartered in Prague, working alongside Silicon Valley founders and top-tier European tech talent on over 65 delivered products, including notable clients like Nasdaq Private Market, Blackpoint Cyber, and OpenLoop.
- • This role offers significant growth opportunities through active participation in the internal AI Guild, where you’ll experiment with cutting-edge AI tools such as Figma MCP Server, Playwright MCP Server, Cursor, and remote AI agents, enhancing your expertise in AI-augmented development workflows.
- • Day-to-day, you will design, develop, and version high-quality web and mobile applications using Node.js, React, Next.js, and React Native, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable code that adheres to best practices in TypeScript and modern frontend/backend architectures.
- • You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and tech leads to deeply understand feature requirements, user needs, and business goals, translating them into technical solutions that prioritize value, functionality, and user experience.
- • You will take ownership of specific application areas, overseeing their delivery, production-level quality, security compliance, and scalability, while effectively presenting progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
- • You will actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to technical discussions, provide constructive feedback, and proactively identify improvements in code quality, architecture, and development processes.
- • You will leverage the company’s tech stack including GraphQL, tRPC, Material UI, Playwright for testing, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform, while exploring and integrating AI-driven tools to boost productivity and innovation.
- • You will continuously learn and apply emerging technologies, particularly in AI-assisted development, fostering a mindset of curiosity, adaptability, and technical excellence in a fast-evolving product engineering environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional experience building digital products using Node.js and React
- • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Fluency in English (written and spoken) for effective collaboration in an international team
- • Experience with Agile methodologies and a proven ability to work effectively in team environments
- • Commitment to code quality, scalability, security, and proactive learning of new technologies
