- • As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager II at Brex, you will own a book of business focused on growing customer value by partnering with finance teams from CFOs to Accounting Managers to ensure they unlock the full potential of Brex’s intelligent finance platform.
- • Day to day, you will develop deep product expertise, proactively manage account health, act as a trusted advisor on spend management and financial workflows, build multi-threaded relationships across finance, procurement, AP, IT, and security teams, lead business reviews and financial health checks, identify and mitigate churn risks using data insights, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Credit, Risk, and Operations to drive adoption and expansion.
- • You will join a high-performing Sales team at Brex, the intelligent finance platform powering thousands of innovative companies like DoorDash, Coinbase, and Zoom, where your work directly impacts revenue and customer success in a culture that values top performers and fosters collaboration.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in financial technology ecosystems, strengthen your ability to influence product roadmaps through customer insights, master executive-level stakeholder engagement, and grow your impact in driving customer retention, expansion, and ROI realization at a fast-growing fintech leader.
