- • As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager II at Brex, you will own a book of business comprised of growing customers, working day to day with finance teams from CFOs to Accounting Managers to ensure they unlock the full value of Brex’s solutions.
- • You will develop deep expertise in Brex products to actively show customers how to become power users, proactively manage accounts to drive adoption and growth, act as a trusted advisor on spend management and financial reporting automation, and build multi-threaded relationships across finance, procurement, AP, IT, and security teams.
- • Brex is the intelligent finance platform enabling companies to spend smarter and move faster in over 200 markets, serving tens of thousands of top companies including DoorDash, Coinbase, Robinhood, Zoom, Plaid, Reddit, and SeatGeek through global corporate cards, banking, spend management, bill pay, and travel software.
- • You will lead business reviews and financial health checks that drive executive alignment and showcase ROI, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Credit, Risk, and Operations to deliver seamless customer experiences, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly KPIs including customer engagement and GMV targets while growing your career in a high-growth, innovative environment.
