  • • As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager II at Brex Inc., you will own a book of business comprised of growing customers, working day to day with finance teams from CFOs to Accounting Managers to ensure they unlock the full value of Brex’s solutions. You will develop deep proficiency in all aspects of Brex products and work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive product adoption, minimize churn, and grow account value.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing deep expertise in Brex products to show customers how to become power users, proactively managing an assigned book of accounts to drive adoption and growth, acting as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders on spend management and financial reporting automation, building multi-threaded relationships across Finance, Procurement, AP, IT, and Security teams, leading business reviews and financial health checks to drive executive alignment and showcase ROI, proactively identifying and mitigating churn risks through data analysis and usage insights, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Credit, Risk, and Operations to deliver seamless customer experiences, and consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly KPIs including customer engagement and GMV targets.
