Mid-Market Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager II at Brex, you will own a book of business focused on mid-market customers, working closely with finance teams from CFOs to Accounting Managers to ensure they unlock the full value of Brex’s intelligent finance platform. Your role is critical in driving product adoption, minimizing churn, and growing account value by acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• • Day to day, you will develop deep expertise in Brex products to coach customers on becoming power users, proactively manage account health, conduct business reviews and financial health checks, build multi-threaded relationships across finance, procurement, AP, IT, and security teams, identify and mitigate churn risks using data insights, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Credit, Risk, and Operations to advocate for customer needs and improve the customer experience.
