  • • As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager II at Brex, you will own a book of business focused on mid-market customers, working closely with finance teams from CFOs to Accounting Managers to ensure they unlock the full value of Brex’s intelligent finance platform. Your role is critical in driving product adoption, minimizing churn, and growing account value by acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to customers.
  • • Day to day, you will develop deep expertise in Brex products to show customers how to become power users, proactively manage your book of accounts to drive adoption and expansion, act as a trusted advisor on spend management and financial reporting automation, build multi-threaded relationships across finance, procurement, AP, IT, and security teams, lead business reviews and financial health checks to showcase ROI, identify and mitigate churn risks using data insights, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Credit, Risk, and Operations to deliver seamless customer experiences and advocate for product improvements.

You will sharpen your data-driven decision-making skills by synthesizing product usage insights to drive customer outcomes and achieve measurable impact on retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
