- • Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-market enterprise clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success with Onit’s AI-powered legal operations platform.
- • Develop and execute customized success plans for each client, aligning product usage with their business objectives in legal matter management, spend management, and contract lifecycle automation.
- • Proactively monitor client health metrics, including usage patterns, feature adoption, and satisfaction scores, to identify at-risk accounts and implement timely intervention strategies.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to advocate for client needs, prioritize feature requests, and drive product improvements based on real-world usage.
- • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value realization, showcase ROI, and identify expansion opportunities within their legal departments.
- • Educate clients on new platform features, AI-driven capabilities, and best practices through training sessions, webinars, and tailored documentation.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems, ensuring all interactions, milestones, and outcomes are documented for internal alignment and reporting.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex legal workflows and leverage automation to reduce manual effort, mitigate risk, and improve compliance.
- • Manage a portfolio of 30–50 mid-market clients, balancing strategic account growth with day-to-day support needs while maintaining high retention and satisfaction rates.
- • Partner with Sales and Renewals teams to support contract renewals and upsell initiatives by articulating the evolving value of Onit’s platform as client needs evolve.
- • Stay current on legal industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging AI applications in legal operations to provide informed guidance to clients.
- • Represent Onit at client events, industry conferences, and user groups to strengthen brand presence and gather market insights.
- • Deliver exceptional client experiences by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving escalations, and ensuring consistent communication across all touchpoints.
- • Identify and document client success stories to support marketing and sales efforts, including case studies, testimonials, and reference calls.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- • Proven track record managing a portfolio of mid-market enterprise clients (30+ accounts)
- • Strong understanding of legal operations, contract lifecycle management, or legal technology platforms
- • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Totango)
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- • Ability to analyze usage data and translate insights into actionable client strategies
