- • Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor role focused on creating high-quality, narrative-driven longform video content using AI-first pipelines for EverAI’s flagship AI companionship platform, which serves 50 million users and is rapidly growing toward 100M and beyond.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing scripts around existing AI characters, managing end-to-end AI video production workflows (from prompting and generation to editing and post-production), utilizing ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other AI video tools, integrating motion graphics and color correction, maintaining character and scene consistency, experimenting with new AI models, and aligning with creative direction while operating with high autonomy.
- • EverAI is a top 15 largest and fastest-growing AI company globally, founded by serial entrepreneurs with IPO and scale-up experience, operating with a passionate, high-performance remote team of ~75 people dedicated to ethical AI companionship through proprietary moderation system EverGuard.
- • In this role, you will deepen expertise in generative video workflows, AI-native storytelling, and cinematic production at scale, contribute to category-defining AI products, collaborate with elite remote talent from Tier 1 tech backgrounds, and grow professionally through learning budgets, tool access, and ownership of impactful creative outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio demonstrating AI-driven video work
- • Proven experience with ComfyUI, including building and managing complex node-based workflows (mandatory)
- • Strong proficiency in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and related tooling (advanced prompting, LoRAs, upscaling, inpainting, etc.)
- • Hands-on experience with latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse)
- • Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
- • Experience with traditional tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and polish
- • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language
- • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
- • Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills
- • High ownership mindset — able to take ideas from concept to completion independently
- • Experimental and self-driven attitude — comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and continuous learning
- • Open to feedback and committed to improving workflows and skills
- • Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
