- • Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor role focused on creating high-quality, narrative-driven longform video content using AI-first pipelines for EverAI’s flagship AI companionship platform, which serves 50 million users and is rapidly growing toward 100M and beyond.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing scripts based on AI characters, managing end-to-end AI video production workflows (prompting, generation, editing, compositing), utilizing tools like ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and Premiere Pro/After Effects, ensuring character and scene consistency, integrating motion graphics and color correction, experimenting with new AI models, and aligning with creative direction while maintaining autonomy.
- • EverAI is a top 15 largest and fastest-growing AI company globally, founded by serial entrepreneurs with IPO and exit experience, building an ethical AI ecosystem governed by EverGuard, with a passionate team of ~75 people dedicated to redefining human-AI relationships through innovation.
- • In this role, you will deepen expertise in generative video workflows, lead AI-native storytelling, refine technical and creative skills in cutting-edge AI tools, contribute to category-defining content, and grow within a high-performance, fully remote elite team shaping the future of AI companionship.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio demonstrating AI-driven video work
- • Proven experience with ComfyUI, including building and managing complex node-based workflows (mandatory)
- • Strong proficiency in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and related tooling (advanced prompting, LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting)
- • Hands-on experience with latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse)
- • Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines (prompting, batching, consistency techniques, post-processing)
- • Experience with traditional tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar for final assembly and polish
- • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language
- • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
- • Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills
- • High ownership mindset — able to take ideas from concept to completion independently
- • Experimental mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving tools
- • Fast iteration cycles — able to test, fail, refine, and improve quickly
- • Curious and self-driven — constantly exploring new AI capabilities and workflows

- • Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content (NSFW)
