📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around existing AI characters (proprietary IPs) with a focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence.
• Execute end-to-end AI video production workflows, including ideation, prompting, generation, editing, compositing, and final delivery using tools such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse.
• Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended sequences using advanced AI generation and post-production techniques.
• Integrate motion graphics, color correction, and visual polish using traditional tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects to ensure cohesive, cinematic final outputs.
• Experiment rapidly with emerging AI video models and tools, incorporate them into live production pipelines, and share knowledge with the content team.
• Develop and refine AI prompting strategies to achieve desired visual outcomes, including batching, consistency control, and post-processing optimizations.
• Produce stylized and explicit NSFW visual content in alignment with company guidelines, leveraging uncensored AI models while ensuring technical and creative quality.
• Work autonomously under the direction of the Content Lead, making independent technical and creative decisions throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure video content aligns with product vision, user engagement goals, and brand identity.
• Continuously optimize workflows for efficiency, scalability, and quality improvements in AI-driven video production.
• Stay ahead of industry advancements in generative video technology, evaluating new platforms and techniques for integration into production pipelines.
• Deliver high-fidelity, cinematic video assets on tight deadlines while maintaining creative integrity and technical precision.
• Adapt quickly to evolving AI tool capabilities and feedback cycles, rapidly testing, failing, iterating, and improving outputs.
• Participate in creative direction sessions and incorporate feedback while maintaining ownership of artistic execution.
• Contribute to documentation and standardization of AI video workflows for team-wide adoption and scalability.
• Ensure all produced content adheres to EverGuard’s ethical and moderation standards while pushing creative boundaries in AI companionship storytelling.
• Support the creative team by contributing graphic design elements, visual effects, and stylistic enhancements to enhance narrative impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio featuring AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools for final assembly and polish
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
