- • Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor role focused on creating high-quality, narrative-driven video content using AI-first pipelines for EverAI’s flagship AI companionship platform, which serves 50 million users and is rapidly scaling toward 100M and beyond.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing scripts around existing AI characters, creating longform videos (including NSFW visuals), managing end-to-end AI video production workflows using ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and similar tools, ensuring character and scene consistency, integrating motion graphics and color correction, experimenting with new AI models, and refining workflows for efficiency and quality.
- • EverAI is a fast-growing, fully remote AI company with ~75 employees, founded by serial entrepreneurs with proven track records in scaling web products to IPO and exits, building ethical AI companionship technology governed by its proprietary moderation system, EverGuard.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in generative video AI pipelines, lead creative technical execution from concept to delivery, collaborate with a world-class remote team, and contribute to category-defining AI products at scale while advancing your skills in emerging AI video tools and cinematic storytelling.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio demonstrating AI-driven video work
- • Proven experience with ComfyUI, including building and managing complex node-based workflows (mandatory)
- • Strong proficiency in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111, including advanced prompting, LoRAs, refining, upscaling, and inpainting
- • Hands-on experience with latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse)
- • Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
- • Experience with traditional editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and polish
- • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language
- • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
- • Fluent English communication and collaboration skills
- • High ownership mindset — able to take ideas from concept to completion independently
- • Experimental mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving tools
- • Fast iteration cycles — able to test, fail, refine, and improve quickly
- • Curious and self-driven — constantly exploring new AI capabilities and workflows
- • Open to feedback and continuous improvement
- • Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content (#NSFW)
