📋 Description

• The Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor role is critical to EverAI’s mission of shaping the future of AI companionship by creating high-quality, narrative-driven visual content that pushes the boundaries of generative AI video production.
• Day to day, the role involves conceptualizing scripts around existing AI characters, producing longform cinematic videos using AI-first pipelines (including ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Runway), managing end-to-end workflows from prompting to final delivery, ensuring character and scene consistency, integrating motion graphics and color correction, and rapidly experimenting with emerging AI models while aligning with creative direction.
• EverAI is a fast-growing, fully remote AI company with ~75 employees, founded by serial entrepreneurs with IPO and exit experience, building the world’s largest AI companionship platform serving 50M+ users, guided by ethical AI moderation via EverGuard.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-native video production, lead innovation in generative storytelling, refine technical and artistic workflows at the cutting edge of AI video tools, and contribute to category-defining content that scales to hundreds of millions of users.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio demonstrating AI-driven video work
• Proven experience with ComfyUI, including building and managing complex node-based workflows (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111, including advanced prompting, LoRAs, refining, upscaling, and inpainting
• Hands-on experience with latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse)
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Experience with traditional tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and polish
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills
• High ownership mindset — able to take ideas from concept to completion independently
• Experimental and self-driven attitude — comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and continuous learning
• Openness to feedback and commitment to improvement
• Comfort working with uncensored models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
