📋 Description

• Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor role focused on creating narrative-driven, longform video content using AI-first pipelines for EverAI’s flagship AI companionship platform, which serves 50 million users and is rapidly growing toward 100M and beyond.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing scripts around existing AI characters, managing end-to-end AI video production workflows (from prompting and generation to editing and post-production), utilizing ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other AI tools, maintaining character and scene consistency, integrating motion graphics and color correction, and experimenting with new AI models to refine production efficiency and quality.
• EverAI is a top 15 largest and fastest-growing AI company globally, built by a founding team with proven success in scaling web products to IPO, operating with a fully remote, elite team of ~75 people committed to ethical AI development through their proprietary EverGuard moderation system.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in generative video workflows, gain ownership over high-impact creative projects, collaborate with visionary leaders, and contribute to category-defining AI storytelling at scale while advancing your technical and artistic skills in AI-native filmmaking.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio demonstrating AI-driven video work
• Proven experience with ComfyUI, including building and managing complex node-based workflows (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111, including advanced prompting, LoRAs, refining, upscaling, and inpainting
• Hands-on experience with latest AI video tools and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging options
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Experience with traditional tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and polish
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills
• High ownership mindset — able to take ideas from concept to completion independently
• Experimental mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving tools
• Fast iteration cycles — able to test, fail, refine, and improve quickly
• Curious and self-driven — constantly exploring new AI capabilities and workflows
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
