📋 Description

• A Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor role focused on creating high-quality, narrative-driven longform video content using AI-first pipelines for EverAI’s flagship AI companionship platform, which serves 50 million users and is rapidly growing toward 100M and beyond.
• The role involves end-to-end ownership of AI video production, including conceptualizing scripts around existing AI characters, generating visuals via ComfyUI and Stable Diffusion, editing, compositing, colour correction, and ensuring character and scene consistency across sequences, with explicit NSFW content creation as part of the workflow.
• EverAI is a fast-growing, fully remote AI company with a founding team of serial entrepreneurs who have built and scaled multiple ventures to IPO and exit, backed by a proprietary ethical AI moderation system (EverGuard) and a culture of radical creativity, velocity, and ownership.
• The successful candidate will deepen expertise in cutting-edge generative video workflows, refine AI-native storytelling techniques, contribute to category-defining content, and grow technically and creatively within an elite remote team shaping the future of AI companionship.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio demonstrating AI-driven video work
• Proven experience with ComfyUI, including building and managing complex node-based workflows (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111, including advanced prompting, LoRAs, refining, upscaling, and inpainting
• Hands-on experience with latest AI video tools and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar emerging options
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Experience with traditional editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and polish
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
• Fluent English communication and collaboration skills
• High ownership mindset — able to take ideas from concept to completion independently
• Experimental and self-driven attitude — comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and continuous learning
• Openness to feedback and commitment to improvement
• Comfort working with uncensored models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
