• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting for our Estonian entities. You will manage the efficient monthly closing process, oversee intercompany transactions, and provide professional support for local audits as required.
• • This position is designed for a specialist dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of financial reporting for international companies. You will work extensively with the financial data of Estonian legal entities, taking responsibility for the precision, consistency, and transparency of financial processes, while actively contributing to their optimization and automation.
• • Your core responsibilities will encompass the preparation of a complete package of local financial statements, including Balance Sheets (BS), Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, Cash Flow (CF) statements, and necessary disclosures for Estonian companies.
• • You will manage the full cycle of the monthly closing process, ensuring all deadlines are met and all entries are accurate.
• • A key part of your role will involve controlling the completeness and correctness of data within our ERP system, performing regular reconciliations of BS and P&L accounts to ensure data integrity.
• • You will be responsible for preparing and executing intercompany reconciliations and generating corresponding invoices, ensuring smooth intra-company financial flows.
• • Ensuring compliance with local legislative requirements for all financial reporting will be a critical aspect of your duties.
• • You will actively participate in local audit processes when required, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
