📋 Description

• As a Middle/Senior Graphic Designer at Planner 5D, you will be an integral part of our expanding marketing team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and communication of our globally recognized home design platform. This position is ideal for a creative and technically proficient individual with a strong aptitude for motion graphics and an "AI-native" mindset, eager to leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance design workflows and outcomes.
• Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, design, and produce a wide array of high-quality visual and motion assets. These assets will be crucial for a diverse range of marketing initiatives, including but not limited to, compelling landing pages that capture user interest, dynamic promo videos that showcase our platform's capabilities, engaging CRM materials designed to nurture customer relationships, and attention-grabbing social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
• You will be expected to work across multiple platforms and formats, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity throughout all touchpoints. This includes adapting designs for web, mobile applications, social media channels, email marketing, and potentially other digital and print mediums as required.
• A key aspect of this role is the proactive and strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools into your design process. You will actively explore, experiment with, and implement AI-powered solutions to significantly improve the speed, efficiency, and creative exploration capabilities of your work. This "AI-native" approach means you are not just using AI as a tool, but as a fundamental part of your creative methodology, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in visual and motion design.
• You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, campaign objectives, and target audience needs. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of visual and motion design work, demonstrating proficiency in creating assets for digital marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and integrate new tools, particularly AI-powered design platforms.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and experience creating animated content for various digital platforms, including social media, web, and video.
• An "AI-native" mindset, with a proactive approach to exploring, experimenting with, and integrating AI tools into the design workflow to enhance efficiency, creativity, and output quality.
