📋 Description

• Execute and monitor international bank payments via SWIFT and SEPA in accordance with assigned legal entities and compliance requirements.
• Track payment statuses, resolve operational discrepancies, and ensure timely settlement of all treasury transactions.
• Monitor cash balances across multiple bank accounts and manage intra-group fund transfers to optimize liquidity positioning.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for banks and payment providers, managing communications related to transaction issues, account maintenance, and compliance updates.
• Assist in automating payment workflows and reconciling payment data with ERP systems to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce bank fees, streamline payment infrastructure, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate recording of treasury activities, proper documentation, and timely reporting.
• Participate in the design and rollout of new financial tools or controls to support the scaling of treasury operations across a multi-product, multinational group.
• Support KYC/AML compliance procedures by ensuring all payment counterparties are properly vetted and documented.
• Maintain organized records of all treasury operations, including payment approvals, bank correspondence, and reconciliation logs.
• Proactively propose optimizations for payment routing, currency exposure management, and liquidity allocation based on real-time cash position analysis.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align treasury activities with business unit needs, including product, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Contribute to monthly liquidity forecasts and cash flow projections using data from Google Sheets and ERP systems.
• Ensure all treasury activities comply with local and international financial regulations applicable to the company’s operational jurisdictions.
• Support the Treasury Lead in preparing documentation for audits, internal controls reviews, and external financial reporting.
• Continuously learn and adapt to evolving payment technologies, regulatory changes, and financial systems as the company scales globally.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience executing bank payments via SWIFT, SEPA, and internal transfers.
• Proven ability to work with banks and payment providers, including familiarity with KYC/AML processes.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced functions, data analysis, and financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems for payment accounting, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions accurately and on time.
• Willingness to grow into broader treasury responsibilities, including liquidity management and process automation.
